Of course! Little ones are always welcome. Katy knows how hard it is to balance caring for yourself with caring for your kids, so sessions can move to the floor alongside them. She's also happy to hold a baby so you can focus on you.

Katy arrives with everything you'll need. Each session starts with your concerns and goals, then she looks at how you move, how you use your core, and your overall strength and mobility. She also considers things like stress, sleep and the demands on your day.
For pelvic health visits, Katy may recommend an internal pelvic floor assessment, but that's always your choice, and there's plenty she can assess and treat without one. From there, treatment may include hands-on techniques, mobility work, muscle retraining, strengthening, relaxation strategies, dry needling and exercises chosen for your body.

Every plan is different and based on your goals, needs and progress. Some patients reach their goals in just a few sessions, while others benefit from more support over several weeks or months. Katy builds your plan from what she finds at your evaluation and adjusts it as you respond to treatment.
